When we share food with others, we show our love for the life of another as an equal to our own. Food should be accessible to everyone who needs it and we offer what we have collected to the needy public by sharing, not serving. Sharing with our neighbors also means that we eat with those we share the food with. In doing so, we are not offering a service, but offering our compassion and understanding.
